The Tony Williams Turn Around

Gregg Bissonette introduces a Tony Williams-inspired, 4-note pattern between the hands and feet that develops technical and musical skills. The exercise can be used for both time-keeping and turn-arounds (transitions) in slow, medium and up-tempo jazz situations. (Taken from Drum Channel's "Introduction To Jazz" course.)
